This module focused on giving entrepreneurs a complete overview of the ecosystem. They were introduced to the most relevant networking techniques in the United States, in addition they were taught basic topics and organizations that promote and help foreign technology companies do business in the United States.

In this module, entrepreneurs talked about fundamental issues to operate in the United States, for example, immigration, investment agreements, permits, intellectual property, among others. The speakers at these sessions are some of the most important law firms in Boston and New York.

This module focused on sessions that helped entrepreneurs reach the detailed definition of the target client and the development of a market strategy. In addition, there were marketing and sales workshops. Sales plans designed as a result of these modules were included in the final presentation.

The objective of this module is to develop a financial model focused on expansion in the United States. For this, workshops on financial projections and pricing and income strategies were given.

At this stage the entrepreneurs finished the pitch and were presented to potential investors interested in the different companies. The entrepreneurs received coaching, detailed information on investors and public speaking workshops.

Additionally, throughout the program in Boston, entrepreneurs made visits to strategic corporate, continuously interacted with mentors and had access to networking events where they could expose their company to the ecosystem. They worked closely with the Consulate of Mexico in Boston to strengthen the program including a dinner with the new Consul Alberto Fierro and events with the Mexican Talent Network in Boston. In this way the entrepreneurs had access to the largest possible number of relevant actors.
